50% non-refundable deposit is mandatory for booking. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Under these circumstances only, your deposit can be used for one reschedule. Cancellations without 24 hour notice will result in a charge of the remaining 50% of the service. I give a 15 minute grace period then after that, the appointment will be cancelled and your card on file will be charged the remainder of the service.
